December Schedule:
December 10-13: Training in Colorado
December 14-18: NORAM races at Copper Mountain & Winter Park, Colorado
January Schedule:
I will skip the European World Cup races shown immediately below because I did no on-snow training in October and November and because I will do little gate training in December. My colleagues and competitors have been on-snow almost daily since late October and I just won’t be ready to compete in January. Racing in Europe would be a dream come true and would make me ‘race ready’ for the Paralympics but it would do little to improve my skiing, conditioning and guide following skills, all of which must be improved for the Paralympics. I will, therefore, train with my guide in Sun Valley and Colorado during January.
Training: All of January in Sun Valley and Colorado
